She is survived by: her husband Michael Dawson; her stepson Jason Jarrette; her nieces, Malika Collins and Alexis Dawson-Armstrong; her father-in-law Dr. Leonard Dawson; and her sister-in-law Stephanie Powell (Art). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
