She is survived by: her mother Agnes Virginia Lewis Carroll; her husband Wesley G. Spain, Jr.; her children, Earl Parrish (Joyce), Debbie Rumsey (Chuck), Lynn Underwood (Louis) and Wanda Shackleferd (Terry); her grandchildren, Ashley Rodriguez (Hugo), Victoria Ares (Mark), James Rowe (Caylea), Krystina Parrish (Mike), Brittany Parrish-Kelley (Matt), Kasey Newman (Lewis) and Phillip Eike; her great grandchildren, Adyson, Logan, Isabella, Caden, Kaylee, Rylie, Abigail, Elowen, Landree, Kayla, William, Thomas, Sadie, Rivers, Victoria, Nick and Arianna; her sister Louise Wilson (Joe); her sister-in-law Bette Gunderson (Arnold); and her pet Brooklyn. She is also survived by her soul mate and the love of her life.
