She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Strasser and Florence Moore Strasser; and her sister Caroline Jennings. She is survived by: her husband Col. Primus Skumatz; her children, Jerry (Patti), Danny (Linda) and Jeff; her stepchildren, Kim, Primus IV and Jessie; her grandchildren, Chris of Brittany, R. C., Micheal, Danielle, Nikki and Jeffery; her great grandchildren, Caden Silk, Ryatt Jones, Waylon Nickles, Ezekiel, Eli Adkins and Autumn Meade; and her brothers, William Strasser and Lloyd Strasser.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making donations in her name to the Alzheimers Association or the Humane Society.
