With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Angela McKenzie of Midlothian, Virginia, born in Cumberland, Maryland, who passed away on October 29, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Angela's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Angela has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Robert Stitcher and Lucille Henrietta Stitcher (Shives); her husband Theodore "Ted" Roland McKenzie; her aunt Margie J. Moore; and her siblings, JoAnn Brown (Stitcher), Carolyn Kemp (Stitcher), Shirley Barnabei (Stitcher) and John R. Stitcher, Jr..
She is survived by: her sister Janet Labbe (Stitcher) of Plainville, CT. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Adams Family Funeral Home (404 Decatur St, Cumberland, MD 21502).
