She was predeceased by: her former husband Robert Brookfield III; her husband Charles Riley; her grandson Brandon Schoenwetter; and her brothers, Jerry and Richard Palmer.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Schoenwetter (Charles), Susan Dodson (George) and Robert Brookfield IV (Shelby); and her siblings, Joyce Lugar and Newton Palmer. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
