He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Patton and Sadie Ennis Patton of Midland; his siblings, Thomas Theodore Patton of Maryland and Mary Florence Patton Hannigan of New Jersey; and his aunt Olive Ennis. He is also survived by three nieces, two nephews and many grandnieces/nephews and cousins.
