She was predeceased by: her father James E. Conlon. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn G. Conlon of Haymarket, VA; her husband William M. 'Billy Weber, Jr. of Midland, VA; her daughter Cassie Halsall (Mathew) of Manassas, VA; and her siblings, Colleen Griffith (Tom) of Haymarket, VA, Edward Conlon of Haymarket, Eileen Clarke of Woodstock, VA, James Conlon (Lorraine) of South Riding, VA and Patricia Girard of Manassas, VA.. She is also survived by thirteen nieces & nephews, extended family & friends.
