She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Shackelford and Sandra Nestor Shackelford; and her granddaughter Mia Mullins. She is survived by: her husband Steven Ray Mullins, Sr.; her children, Chelsea Mullins of Winchester, VA, Steven Mullins, Jr. (Brittany) of Colorado Springs, CO and Holden Mullins (Ashley) of Middletown, VA; her grandchildren, Gianah Mullins, Oleksy Mullins, Monroe Mullins, Ryder Jennings and Mavery Mullins; her siblings, Vickie Wine of Stephens City, VA and Kenneth Shackelford (Donna) of Front Royal, VA; and her brother-in-law Robert Mullins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Grace United Methodist Church (7882 Main St, Middletown, VA 22645).
