He is survived by: his parent Nora Busker Brown; his spouse Lillian Anne Richardson; and his children, Lambert J. Brown, Jr. (Randy), Sherrie Slatner (Mike) of Glen Allen, Mindy Brown and Bridgette Raigner of White Post. He is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
