He is survived by: his parent Olive Marie Long Fellner; his sister Carrol Hishchynsky (Boris) of Middletown, VA; his niece Tonya Hishchynsky of Stephens City, VA; his children, Donald Fellner of Hanover, PA, James Fellner of South Williamsport, PA, Michelle Fellner of Hanover, PA and Pam Fellner of Georgetown, DE; his sister Shirley Utz (Henry) of Willmington, NC; his grandchildren, Mark Taylor, Caitlyn Kunkle, Carolyn Kunkle, Ryan Mentzer and Samantha Fellner; his nieces and nephews, David, Tina, Ronnie, James, Bob, Amy, Robert and Kimberly; his siblings, Margaret Cavanaugh and Charles Fellner; and his nieces, Carol Marie Dove and Sandra Jean Fellner.
