With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Carol Robinson (Middletown, Virginia), who passed away on February 9, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elliott Richie and Virginia Richie. She is survived by: her siblings, Sandee Hepler, Dorothy Rupprecht, Anna French and Elliott "Joe" Ritchie (Mary); her half-brother Elliott Richie (Tracy); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Ann and William L. Robinson. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews.
