He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles William Fletcher, Jr. and Mildred Garnett Payne Fletcher; his wife Harriett Brown Fletcher; his children, John Andrew Fletcher (Phyllis) of Middletown, VA, Charles W. "Chip" Fletcher IV (Patty) of Woodstock, VA and Patricia "Pat" Lynn Saunders (Lloyd) of Kitty Hawk, NC; and his sister Julia Crouch of Nokesville, VA. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
