She was predeceased by: her parents, Roby Franklin Farley Altizer and Nannie Lou Mann Altizer; her husband Edgar Allen "Woosie" Cooley; and her siblings, Pricilla Orndorff and Eugene Altizer.
She is survived by: her son William Allen Cooley of Middletown, VA; and her sister Shirley A. Brannon of Middletown, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
