He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Shirkey Sr. and Rose Shirkey. He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Terry Gray and Wayne Payne; his nephews, Sean "Babe" Arbogast and Andy Payne; his children, Beth Souder (Brian) and Robert "Robby" Shirkey III (Amanda); his grandchildren, Drew, Mikey, Makayla and Lindsey Shirkey; and his siblings, Judy Grimsley, Robin Payne, Cindy Gray, Cathy Rice (Steve) and Randy Shirkey (Rosie Ferebee). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
