He is survived by: his brother Wayne Owens; his niece Brianna Owens of Paris; his uncle Donnie Glascock of Winchester; his nephew Allen Owens of Martinsburg; his great-nephew Waylon Owens of Martinsburg; and his mother Sandy Glascock Owens.
