She was predeceased by: her husband Herman Carter. She is survived by: her children, Tina Coram of The Plains, VA and Phillip Mansfield Coram, Jr. (Linda) of Paris, VA; her brother William D. Smith (Carolyn) of Manassas, VA; and her stepson Herman J. Carter, Jr. of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild.
