It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mattie Lucinda Turner (Middleburg, Virginia), who passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Wayne Michael Turner; her mother Dorothy Grayson; her stepfather Earl Grayson; and her brothers, Rico Grayson and Leo Grayson.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Turner and Erika Turner Lawson; her granddaughters, Haley and Paula Lawson; and her sister Pattie Gilbert. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, sister-cousins, cousins, and adopted children.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 9 at 11am at a private location due to COVID-19.
