She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence DeWitt Payne; her parents, Charles Butler and Bliss Butler; and her grandmother Lula McNeal. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Moran (Joe), Tom Payne (Svitlana) and Andrew Payne; her grandchildren, Michael Moran, Mandy Moran, Mason Payne and Sofiia Payne; and her great grandchildren, Colton and Everett Moran. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and neighborhood "kids", brothers and sisters-in-law and friends.
