He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Smith and Robert Byington. He is survived by: his wife Josephine; his daughter Penny Merritt; and his grandson Tony. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and a sister.
Due to Covid his funeral will be private and only for the immediate family.
