He is survived by: his children, Theresa Lappostato (Frank) of North Caldwell, NJ, Theodore Markulin of Freehold, NJ, Susan Burdge of Melfa, Joe Markulin (Stacy) of Avenel, Janet Petrik (Tom) of Millstone Township, NJ and Sheryl Gallo (Mark) of Brick, NJ; his brother Don Markulin of Avenel; his grandchildren, Dan Lappostato, Elissa Cuellar (Michael, Michael, Steven), Haley Markulin and Mandy Tew; his great grandchildren, Angela Rose Lappostato, Kali, Tyler, Sammi, Sophie, Cecile and Rosalie Markulin; and his stepgrandchildren, Barbara, Stacy and Sammy.
