He was predeceased by: his wife Annie Elizabeth Killmon Taylor; his parents, Frank Taylor and Martha Taylor; his children, Noah "Robbie" Taylor, Jr., Valerie Taylor Baumgardner and Brenda Taylor Applegate; and his siblings, Elwood Taylor, Irene Taylor Annis and Roxanna Taylor Hicks.
He is survived by: his children, Robert "Frankie" Taylor (Maureen) of Springfield, PA, Sharon Taylor Killmon (Ronnie) of Bloxom, VA, Ronald Wayne Taylor of Virginia Beach, VA, Dawn Marie Taylor, Randy Miller of Hopeton, VA and Tony Taylor of Bloxom; and his sister Evelyn Annis of Bloxom. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
