She was predeceased by: her parents, Otha James Hart and Linzie Lee Ball Hart; her husband Franklin William Kilmon; her son-in-law Sonny Rudiger; and her siblings, Eunice Marie Bundick (Elwood), Mary Jane Williams (Bruce) and Carlton James Hart (Helen).
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Ann Rudiger of Melfa; her grandsons, John William Rudiger of Melfa and Franklin Todd Rudiger (Teresa) of Melfa; her great grandchildren, Sierra Kathryn, Kaylee Marie and Franklin Luther Rudiger; and her brother-in-law Bruce Williams of Tasley, VA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
