He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry C. Smith and Ruth Somers Smith. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Jennifer Annis (Isaac), Lori Beck (John) and Ashley Fox (Ben); his grandchildren, Justin, Matt Annis (Chelsea), Camden, Kesteren Beck, Carter and Eli Fox; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Abigail Annis.
