He was predeceased by: his parents, Libren Brooks Hart Sr. and Flora Berry Hart Etz; his siblings, Joan H. Northam, Peter V. Hart, Donald L. Hart Sr. (Rosalie), Lybren Brooks Hart, Jr. and Henry C. Hart; and his sisters-in-law, Ruby Reynolds Evans and Nancy Sherwood Justis.
He is survived by: his children, Lenae Long (Danny) of Cape Charles, VA and Brenda Parks (Bobby) of Pungoteague, VA; his sister Ingelow H. Swan of Seaford, VA; and his grandchildren, Jacob (Candice) and Jenna (Jason). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Belle Haven Cemetery.
