He was predeceased by: his parents, William Crutchley and Barbara Raho Crutchley; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Crutchley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hansen Crutchley; his children, Billy, Bobby, Barry, Douglas William Crutchley (Angie) of Exmore, VA, Matthew Ernest Crutchley (Katy) of Richmond, VA and Megan Brook Giddens (Donald) of Melfa; his brother Barry Crutchley (Rebecca) of Melfa; his grandchildren, Devon Crutchley, William, Hansen Crutchley, Julian Major, Taylor Hilborn, Dakota and Briella Giddens; and his parents-in-law, Gayle Crutchley, Marcia, Bill Ertel, Douglas and Karen Hansen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
