She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bailey and Wavie Kellam-Bailey; her siblings, Oteal Bailey, Roland Bailey Sr., Harry Bailey, Jacob Bailey Jr., Catherine Parker, Etrula Pinckney and Evelyn Bailey; her son John Bailey; her son-in-law Sylvester Bratton; and her grandchildren, Jeremy Bailey and Babygirl Bailey.
She is survived by: her children, Theodore (Marguerite) of Frankford, DE, Saundra (Louie) of Painter, VA, Alice (Angela), Elaine (Jackie) and Darlene (Willie) of Belle Haven, VA; her siblings, Jane Bailey of Melfa, VA and Willie Bailey (Carrie) of Long Island, NY; and her brother-in-law Andrew Pinckney. She is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 73 great-grandchildren; 11 great great-grandchildren.
