She is survived by: her children, Raymond Fowler Jr. (Bonnie), Lester Fowler, Gayle Allen, Kyle Fowler (Sissy), Brian Fowler (Lisa) and Jamie Williams (Tyrone). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
