She is survived by: her husband Lewis Ray Shook; her children, Ski Shook (Amanda), Lori Derflinger (Daniel), Buck Shook (Shannon) and Kati McNabb (John); her grandchildren, Dana Borum (Fletcher), Lora Biddle (Adam), Cameron Shook, Jaxton Shook, Ashley Satterwhite, Kaleb Satterwhite and Jordan Satterwhite; her great grandchildren, Palmer Biddle, Anderlen Biddle and Sadie Borum; her siblings, Gary Simmons (Suki) of El Paso, TX, Tom Simmons (Margaret) of Farmville, Donnie Simmons and Debbie Maxey (Rob) of Buckingham; and her brother-in-law Charles White of Georgia. She is also survived by nephews, great-nephews, nieces, and great-nieces.
