He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Cathy and Billy; his parents, William Kwaak and Alma Kwaak; his grandmother Nettie; his wife Patsy Oakley; his friends, Beechcraft Bonanza and Bob Shaw; his sister Nita van Lenten; and his children, Kristine Wolberg (Dale), Patricia Schraut (Bernhard), Catherine Setteducato (Steven), Jacqueline Kwaak and William Kwaak (Kathleen). He was also cherished by twelve grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
