He is survived by: his children, Brian McIlwain (Trish), Joel McIlwain (Annette), Beth Bygall (Brad), Jill McIlwain and Tiffany Carpenter (Will); his grandchildren, Zach, Brendan, Natalie, Logan, Dylan, Jameson, Harvey, Hall, Kent and Stokes; and his sisters, Jan Parker and Sheila Lehner (Mark). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
