He was predeceased by: his parents, Davis Lee Ainsley, Sr. and Margaret Clouse Ainsley Catlett. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ainsley (Betty); his children, Keith Ainsley and Vanessa Woodruff; his grandchildren, Victoria, Catherine, Paige, Shayla and Richard; his brothers, Ronald, Davis and Bruce Ainsley; and his sister-in-law Sue Ainsley. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
