He was predeceased by: his sister Sandra Pettengill. He is survived by: his wife Carol K. Proctor; his children, Thomas F. Proctor, III (Dianne), Andrew W. Proctor (Elizabeth) and Laurianne Matheson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Meghan Proctor, Jake Proctor, Connor Proctor (Bess), Callahan Thimsen (Chad), Colin Proctor (Lauren), Ellie Proctor, Jack Proctor and Nate Proctor; his great grandchild Cohen Thimsen; and his brother-in-law John Pettengill. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
