He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Noelle Carr, Mandy Yousufi (Bobby), Donnie Billups (Michelle) and Nathan Seeds (Lynda); his sister Stephanie Lewis; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara, Lorrie Billups, Bill, Chuck, Kenneth and Chris Billups. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter.
