He is survived by: his wife Grace Inskeep Harlow; his son David Stuart Harlow of Germantown; his daughter-in-law Sharon Harlow; his granddaughter Brittany Ward; his grandson-in-law Joe Ward of Grottoes, Virginia.; his niece Billie Raines of Ruther Glen; his great-niece Edie Beleher of Richmond Virginia; his nieces, Kennon Raines of Hollywood, California, Donna Leigh Raines of Richmond, Virginia and Kim Weakley Thorne of Gloucester; his nephew J. Barton Weakley of Parksley; his great-nephews, Shane and Carson; his son-in-law Paul Haughton of King George; his daughter Susan Haughton; and also, Vicki, Christopher, Noel and Jamie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
