With solemn reverence, we commemorate Sarah Woody Coleman (Mechanicsville, Virginia), whose life came to an end on January 10, 2025 at the age of 60, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Woody and Mary Anne Woody of Hanover; and her in-laws, Bill and Gwen Coleman of Buckingham County. She is survived by: her husband W. Stephen Coleman of Hanover; her daughter Caroline Harris Coleman of Morgantown; her stepson S. Bryan Coleman (Allie); her grandson William of Richmond; her siblings, Mary Woody Haislip (David) and Lt. Colonel Thomas M. Woody; her siblings-in-law, John Cassidy and Daphne Woody; and her siblings, Bill, Joe Woody of Chesterfield, Martha and Katy Cassidy of Hanover.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Woody Funeral Home - Atlee Chapel (9271 Shady Grove Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23116). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
