She is survived by: her children, Randy Adams (Annette) and Cheri Lewis (Chris); her grandchildren, Tommy, Jake, Hannah, Jennifer (Forrest) and Amber; her great grandchild Callan; and her siblings, Johnny (Linda) and Janet (Danny). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 5111 Old Midlothian Tpke, Richmond, VA 23224.
