He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Noel; his children, Brian Noel (Chrissy) and Courtney Noel; his siblings, L. Gale Noel and Karole Zapantis (Steve); his nieces, Haylie Zapantis (Luke Cook) and Sydnie Zapantis (Jon Plumey); and his grandchildren, Hunter Noel and Brinley Noel.
