She is survived by: her husband Barry G. Hare; her sons, Justin Hare and James-Blake Hare (Dana); her siblings, Bonnie Summerlin, C. F. Smith (Josie) and Glenn Smith (Lara); and her grandchildren, Addyson and Mason. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Breast Cancer Foundation.
