He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Seay Sr. (Buck) and Eloise K. Seay; his son Christopher; and his brother Walter Seay Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Slay (Bradley), Robert Jr. (Carie), Jeffrey "Scott" (Denise), Amy Turner (Ross), Jamie Crigger (Adam) and Megan Seay; his sister Jeanne Grady; and his aunt Betty Wernice Robertson. He is also survived by 10 Grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Wounded Warrior Project.
