Strong) and Etta G. Billips (Larry Billips); his daughter-in-law Regina Gilliam; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel W. Strong, Luke W. Strong, Amanda M. Billips, Danielle B. Billips, Jalyn Gilliam and Joshua Gilliam.
