He is survived by: his wife Linda Goard Burroughs; his children, Richard Burroughs, Cindy Irving (Ron), Katey Millner, Peggy Briggs (Bradley), Julie Slack (Vince) and Jennifer Rietveld (Chris); and his sister Betty Nethery. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
