She was predeceased by: her mother Faye James Martin. She is survived by: her husband Jesse D. Arthur; her children, Savannah R. Moses and Jesse A. Arthur (Stephanie); her stepson Michael D. Arthur; her grandsons, Dylan D. Bowman, Jase L. Thompson, Jesse T. Arthur and Kolton K. Senavanh; her father Donald A. Martin Sr.; her brother Donald A. Martin Jr.; her aunts, Sandra J. Johnson (Danny) and Ida J. Henshaw (Bubba); and her close friends, Janice P. Martin and Shelly "Shell Biscuits" Martin. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Regina's honor may be made to the Richmond S.P.C.A., The Richmond Animal League, or any "No Kill" shelter you choose. Donations may also be made to the North Carolina Aquarium's S.T.A.R. Sea Turtle Rescue Center in Manteo N.C. We know that Regina would love this.
