She was predeceased by: her mother Eva Leake; her husband John Cook, Sr.; and her close friend Connie Christian. She is survived by: her children, Deborah Melton (Bobby) and Junie Cook (Teresa); her grandchildren, Brad Melton (Erice) and Tiffany Morrison (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Landon Melton, Brayden Morrison and Hunter Morrison. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
