He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip S. "Tiny" Holt, Jr. and Betty D. Holt; and his wife Nancy Ann Pennington Holt. He is survived by: his sons, Phil, Christopher Holt (Milissa) and Howard Holt (Benetta); his sister Betty Jane Jensen (John); his grandchildren, Stephanie Kizer, Bryan Holt and Deven Holt; and his great grandchildren, Odin, Dagr and Atom. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
