He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Webb. He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Kesner, Jennifer Schmick (Joel), Susan Phillips (Allan) and Bucky Webb (Teresa). He is also survived by many loving grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Monaghan Funeral Home Chapel (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Monaghan Funeral Home (7300 Creighton Pkwy, Mechanicsville, VA 23111).
