She was predeceased by: her husband Antoon "Toney" Arkesteyn; and her parents, Thomas Renton and Edith Bowman Goodman. She is survived by: her sons, Renton (Pam) and John (Victoria); her sister June Hodge (Greg); her grandchildren, Caleb, Warren, Kinsley, Camden Arkesteyn and Cora Pagano; her siblings-in-law, John Arkesteyn and Ann Arkesteyn; and her nieces and nephews, Caron and Joe Arkesteyn.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cool Spring Baptist Church.
