He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Loving; and his son Donald Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Loving-Sill (William), Tracy Seay (William), Scott Loving (Leanne), Anne Loving, Olivia Loving and Taylor Loving; and his brothers, Thomas Loving (Linda) and Roland Loving. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
