With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Otto H. Loving Jr. of Mechanicsville, Virginia, who passed away on November 22, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Loving; and his son Donald Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jeannette Loving-Sill (William), Tracy Seay (William), Scott Loving (Leanne), Anne Loving, Olivia Loving and Taylor Loving; and his brothers, Thomas Loving (Linda) and Roland Loving. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
