He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Ryland Elliott; and his sister Janet E. Harris. He is survived by: his wife Joan Harris Elliott; his daughter Meredith Brooke Elliott; his mother Connie Elliott Peaks; and his sisters, Linda Duffy (Jimmy) and Sandra Karaffa (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
