He is survived by: his wife Erma Williams; his daughter Kim Karnes (Frank); his grandchildren, Kelsie Karnes, Trey Karnes and Kody Karnes; his sister Angie Anderson (Charles); and his sister-in-law Faye Brantley (Pete). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
