She was predeceased by: her grandson Daniel Edward Stack; and her great grandchild Easton Roy Shepherd. She is survived by: her husband Jerome D. Stack, Sr.; and her children, Jerome D. Stack Jr. (Susan), Susan S. Wawrzyniak (Karl) and Michele S. Martin (Drew). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
